President Andrzej Duda referred the draft amendment of Criminal Code to the Constitutional Tribunal - the Chancellery of the President (KPRP) informed on Friday. According to the chancellery's statement, the procedure under which the amendment is proceeded raises serious concerns, regarding adhering to constitutional standards of legislative process.

Two teenage boys drowned in the sea in Gdańsk

The body of the second teenager who went missing was found in the Gdańsk Bay nearby the Brzeźno pier. Two boys, aged 16 and 17, drowned while swimming in the sea. One of them died after being taken to a hospital, the body of the other was found in the water.
