On the second day of his visit to Australia, President Andrzej Duda, during a Sunday meeting with representatives of the Polish community in Keysborough near Melbourne, thanked them for cultivating the Polish spirit and promoting the good image of Poland.

The National Electoral Commission (PKW) registered three election committees on Tuesday: Razem Party, Civic Platform and Modern Party's coalition and Polish People's Party, the Chairman of the PKW Wojciech Hermeliński informed on Thursday. He added that the deadline for registering committees for local elections passes on 27 August.
