It was the second day of questioning for Gerald Birgfellner at the prosecutor's office. He has accused the Law and Justice chairman of fraud and is demanding payment for his services to build twin towers in Warsaw. On Wednesday, "Gazeta Wyborcza" published a copy of power of attorney for the Austrian businessman, given to him by the Srebrna company.
