All Saints' Day in Poland. At least 19 people died in car accidents

Huge police operation all over Poland. The so-called "Candle" action is taking place each year on All Saints' Day, as Poles are visiting cemeteries to pay respects to their dearest. Thousands of police officers are on a mission to patrol and secure the roads. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, at least 19 people lost their lives in accidents since Wendesday.

Council of the EU will discuss rule of law in Poland on 12 November

There will be no hearing, however, only a briefing on recent developments. This decision was taken at the EU ambassadors' meeting in Brussels on Wednesday.

The author of the clip was driving to the cinema with his family when he noticed a suspiciously behaving driver. He overtook him and forced him to pull over on a hard shoulder. When he approached the car he could smell alcohol, so he took the driver's keys and called the police, which showed up after fifteen minutes.

Pirates who abducted eight Polish sailors near Nigeria demanded a ransom

Court orders Polish PM to rectify words about Kraków authorities' smog policy

It means that the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will have to rectify in the next 48 hours, his words regarding Kraków authorities' actions aimed at tackling the problem of smog. Two dangerous convicts accused of sharing child pornography

The investigation has been completed in the case of child pornography in computers in the centre for the most dangerous criminals. The forbidden content was found in the possession of two men convicted of sexual crimes against minors. One of them is the serial murderer, Mariusz T. Both men were sent to the centre on the basis of the so-called "law on beasts". Both men have been formally accused by the prosecutor.

Police in Łódź is looking for a man suspected of killing 28-year-old Paulina

The police in Łódź are holding three people in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Paulina who disappeared one week ago. Her body was found after five days. The woman was last seen at night. Security cameras recorded her in the company of an unknown man. It is unknown where he is and why he killed. Paulina's murderer is still on the loose. Those being held knew about what had happened to the woman, but didn't inform the law enforcement agencies. One of them, a 38-year-old citizen of Georgia is thought to have impeded the discovery of the crime and its perpetrator.
