Opposition anxious to know the stage of investigation into the "Srebrna case"

Opposition is asking what's going on with the investigation into the Srebna company. The national prosecutor took to the podium and asnwered. He claims that the proceeding are underway. Then the questions remains, why do the proceeding only involve the Austrian businessman who accused Jarosław Kaczyński of fraud?
