One person died, 9 got injured in a fire which broke out on Thursday at the Świebodzki Railway Station in Wrocław. The fire service said that there may be more injured people. Nine firefighter teams were working at the scene.

The fire at the Świebodzki Station broke out before 5pm.

According to the State Fire Service (PSP) in Wrocław spokesman, Tomasz Szwajnos, the fire started in a shooting range located in the station basement.

"Nine people were injured in the fire. We cannot exlude, however, there won't be more people hurt. At the moment we're searching the building," the spokesman said.

The fire has been extinguished. Firefighters were venting out the smoke. Nine fire service units were working at the scene.

TVN24 reporter informed that another person was being resuscitated by the paramedics. Shortly after, Wrocław police said that person had died.
